I had never seen this 1944 short. It isn't on DVD, Blu-ray or any sort of physical media as far as I can tell, and given its now taboo subject matter. I did enjoy the Daffy Duck as machine gun gag in the last half of the cartoon. This is nothing special. There are much better and funnier cartoons out there. It's just a moment in time that's almost 80 years old.
