Tallulah 2016

Good cast: Ellen Page (Halifax's own Oscar girl), Allison Janney (and Zachary Quinto in a small role). As with many Ellen Page movies this was quirky but good. I loved the relationships, the textured portrayals, the intensely human themes. I gave this an 8 (great) out of 10. It is available on Netflix.

Magnificent duo! Ellen Page and Allison Janney did and excelent job working together again. This movie could be the best netflix original by faaaaar. Director goes to the decisions made and their consequences in a way you finish feeling emphaty with the characters. 10/10 production, history and acting.

Tallulah is a heart toughing, comedic drama that's as thought provoking as it real. Page & Janney are terrific on scene together and recommend this film to anyone that is unsure and even question many of their life choices

This movie is SO underrated! Such a stellar cast, Elliot Page & Allison Janney's performances were amazing and so heartfelt. I'd watch this movie over and over; the best netflix original movie!

I know what she did was wrong, but in my point of view, I'd of done same thing, child's benefit? what about you? This film was strong, great cast, specially one of my favourites ,Ellen Page, she played it out great! Well done again Netflix for bringing us a fantastic film 7/10

An interesting movie elevated by a great cast including Page and Janney. The film is thought provoking - would you condone Page's action in taking a baby from a seemingly 'bad' mother? Would you do the same thing? Worth watching and one of the best Netflix Original movies available.

Propably the very best you'll be able to find at Netflix this year. Period.

Ellen Page continues to make a name for herself but I fear she is beginning to type cast herself. It's an engaging little movie but becomes a bit movie of the weekish toward the end. I think initially I liked it more than this rating shows. The sentiment didn't hold.
