Nobody is more surprised than I that I enjoyed this film. It was funnier than it had a right to be, had all of its inside jokes in the right places and had some incredible voice talent and Nicolas Cage, too. I could've done without the musical numbers, but this was an easy way to spend 90 minutes.
I wouldn't call myself a Teen Titans fan, and the movie did nothing to turn me around, but it was a fun little flick, with some cool in-jokes for superhero fans.
Never watched the show but was excited due to the high ratings but this movie is to kiddish and kinda stupid for me and my 8 yr old sister who I took to see it when we went thought it was to childish to so if you can enjoy this movie good for you but it wasn't my type of humor.
There's a post credit scene also
On the upside it was funny, the songs were great and the effects and animation was really good.
On the downside the story was fine and they cut Batman's dialogues.
Hope WB will put this much effort in their upcoming DC movies
A worthy spoof, like watching four episodes of the Cartoon Network series.
More fun than I expected, but I'm not the audience. I think superhero fatigue is, in fact, setting in for me. 5/10
A film about a guy with baby hands, people constantly make fun of him, he lives in a big tower that resembles a T, all in a movie attempting to make DC films great again...
I've never seen the show but I do remember watching the original Teen Titans when I was a kid. This movie is fine. It is super meta which is funny at first but gets a little tiring after a while. There are some funny jokes but a lot of it is very juvenile, which is what I was expecting. If you are a big fan of DC you might enjoy this more than me but I didn't think it was anything special.
Also Nicolas Cage as Superman is great and I wouldn't mind an animated Superman movie with him.
Not gonna lie... this movie made me laugh really hard. DC has figured out how to spoof superheroes (Lego Batman, Teen Titans Go!) while still getting the essence of the characters. So why can't they get the live action movies (other than Wonder Woman) figured out?
I only discovered the CN show recently thanks to my kids watching it a lot, so they were really excited to see the movie. As a dad, I liked that the humor is pretty good for all ages (fart & poop jokes aside). There's plenty of jokes in there that a kid wouldn't get but an older comic book fan like me would (and did!) I mean, Nicolas Cage is SUPERMAN for heaven's sake!
The kids and me both enjoyed the new theme song they debuted in the movie and the way they creatively (and hilariously) used it.
I'm still laughing at how the team fixed the problem they caused trying to "fix the superhero problem" in the first place. Especially the Batman part.
Better than the show by a mile and a half.
this is the best fucking movie I've seen in 2018, what the fucking fuck! ! ! This is how you do a parody/children's movie/superhero genre destroying epic (if that's even a type of movie). I was smiling within the first five seconds and it carried through almost the entire damn thing. Like, I don't even watch the show and I hate the state of superhero films, but... this made me excited about superheroes. I was bopping my head to the songs, I was feeling at the feels moments, I was howling at the excellent, and actually clever, meta humor. This is one of the most original children's films I've seen in years, despite that it's plot structure is actually fairly basic and predictable. This enters the reigns of The LEGO Movie in representing a very surprising upset, coming from an joke franchise to proving itself it has worth. To all the haters detracting the movie on social media, yelling you want the original show back, go see it. There's even a surprise mid-credit scene you may like. Teen Titans GO! To the Movies is a very welcome and fun sleeper hit that will please anyone who goes and sees it, nerd, geeks, adults, children, the world will bask in it's fast paced take down that leaves no topic unscathed. It's all here, everything it could take down it does. The animation even hilariously switches depending on the film or show it's referencing, and it happens often. The amount of properties it flirts with borders on indecipherable and will require it's own wiki page. I was rooting for the characters, it gave me a reason to care, I was laughing with them on their ridiculous plights, and used a cool subtle jab at the Hollywood machine as it's invisible enemy. I loved this movie, I just wish it was longer and tried ever so slightly harder to avoid it's clichés. Thankfully, they don't detract much the entertainment value. Who wants to start an Oscar campaign for this movie? If fucking Boss Baby can get in, this can and will. Let's start that crusade, just like the Titans.
also, Back to the Future reference was a nice touch. they paid the royalties for the songs, I love it.
Definitely not that good as tv series but I loved it anyway. I'll be grateful for any Teen Titans movie! Kinda too much songs but luckily they're good as in series so it wasn't annoying at all. And I loved all references especially Marvel one.. so funny..

I love the Teen Titans Go! To The Movies movie. I have never watched Teen Titans Go! but surely loved the comedy and art style in this movie. I like the references to the "geeky" stuff like the Green Lantern movie and Deadpool. With those references the creators did not leave the older audience alienated in this movie. Overal the movie is for kids, with the bright colors, flashes, easy to sing along songs and fast story line.
I laughed out loud with the Stan Lee cameo.
