More aptly called Young Frankenstein's Dumber Cousin. Some worthwhile moments of absurdity, but it generally shows just how much Mel Brooks reined in Gene Wilder during Frankenstein.
Painful in so many ways, and really right from the get go. Managed to get about half way through the movie, and that was pushing it. Considering how many funny and amazing people are in this, the script really has a terrible impact on it.
