So happy I made it through the Amityville Curse without falling asleep! Damn, almost nothing happens at all. We get a spider, some blood, a furnace, a rat, Mrs. Moriarty, a priest, annoying people, a half burned face and a police officer falling down a few steps. Damn. That must be about it?
Anyway it started out decent! The moment I saw Kim Coates I was hoping for some fun. Always enjoy seeing the lad. I miss Tig. Still, he couldn't save this one. Happy he was possessed at some point though. At least he had something to do.
However to be honest, I've only ever seen the first Amityville horror and that was a long, long time ago. So I don't know the connection between the original and this fifth and a straight-to-video installment in the series but I bet I just got the worse of every Amityville installment ever made. Just happy Kim Coates show up. Just can't get it to give him half a star.
