You'd never know this was directed by William Friedkin once you watch this.
The feeling of b-grade material is all over this one which isn't a bad thing. There are some strange and crazy decisions being made that will stick in your mind after seeing this. Apparently Sam Raimi was initially attached and I could certainly see that connection here.
The last 15 minutes really ramps up considering the rather dull storyline. Not many will be coming back to see this one again.
