Rather impressive for its time. The special effects aren't at the level of Méliès, but they're integrated into the film much better than most of his work. The entire film was colored using the stencil-based Pathècolor process, which adds an interesting and almost fairy tale look to the production.
The main problem with the film is how disjointed it feels in the middle. The scenes of the various miracles are tossed together without much of any attempt to connect them. But I can largely forgive that because of its status as one of the earliest feature length stories.
