Although this movie comes from the same director, but it clearly lacked the bite that The Act of Killing had. The brother shouldn't have been the interviewer because of his emotional relation to the subject matter, he didn't ask the right questions and didn't push for answers, and in some instances was clearly too scared/sad/confused (sometimes all at once) to conduct these interviews, and the final confrontation was underwhelming because of that.
It's not a bad documentary, but you can skip it if you've seen The Act of Killing, and if you haven't seen it, well... skip this movie anyway and go watch it.
