[Filmin] Closer to noir than to the giallo of which it is considered the originator, it introduces some elements such as sexual obsession, through a stylized direction that takes advantage of Virna Lisi's youth as a desired woman. There is a lot of psychodrama that flirts with terror, although sometimes also certain sensationalism, there is voyeurism and desire, bitterness and guilt in this psychoanalytic nightmare.
