Absolut waste of time...absolutely boring.
This movie is pretty much 80% people yelling at one another
actually this was a pretty good movie..
This is not fit for human consumption. Do not watch it unless you wanna to kill yourself.
One of his best recent movies. I loved how they switched roles in the movie with Sandler being the average american vs Rock who is the doctor. I probably laughed through this whole movie every scene there was something funny said or done. A definite refresher hope to get a number 2 with even funnier scenes.
Slightly better than some of Sandler's recent efforts, but still barely passes muster as a comedy. My advice: watch Father of the Bride again instead.
:heart::heart::heart::heart::heart::heart: - Adam Sandler gives a good performance.
My rating system works:
10:heart:- Masterpiece :100:
9:heart:- Excellent
8:heart: - Amazing :ok_hand:

6:heart: - Good
5:heart: - Average :head_bandage:
4:heart: - Bad but watchable :octagonal_sign:
3:heart: - Bad :sob:
2:heart:- Awful :face_vomiting:
1:heart: - Bull Shit.
whole hearted funny Adam sandler movie that will make you laugh and feel good at the end, dumb and funny
It’s an ok movie. It’s more of his melodrama’s that he likes to do every so often.
I keep hoping Adam Sandler's movies will start with bringing back the fundamental basics of a romantic comedy or silly comedy, but this movie was the last straw.
I always try my best to point out a positive characteristic to any movie or TV show I write about, but there isn't one whatsoever here. The acting was dreadful, the movie does a shitful job of introducing the characters and who they are / what they do. Every scene felt like they were just reading words off of a piece of paper. Chris Rock couldn't even save this movie.
At the end of the day, I can't think of anyone I know who would enjoy this movie. I consider it a waste of time, and I will never watch it again.

I read the comments and realized there are two kinds of people who watched this movie. Those who were expecting "Waterboy" or "The Wedding Singer". The other kind who just watched a movie without any expectations. I am the latter kind. I have watched plenty of Adam Sandler movies. I enjoyed this one. I didn't need the character's to be "fleshed out". At times, it did get silly. I think that was the point. This movie was silly, sweet, and about the joy of family/loved ones. I liked it. If you want to watch a movie that is simple, sweet, funny, mildly offensive at times, and heartwarming at times, check out this movie. Don't watch it with any expectations and you will not be disappointed.
