This is the second of a trilogy of MI5 "spy thrillers" and is a compete waste of time - DO NOT WATCH.
The first one - Page Eight was bad enough, but Turks & Caicos is a complete disaster. You don't even get to see the beautiful Turks & Caicos islands - they could have filmed this in Brighton!!!
My wife commented in Page Eight and again in this movie that Bill Nighy must have written it, as he's irresistible to every woman he comes into contact with!!!
Again, look at the list of actors here.. it should be a good movie, but alas they forgot to hire a good writer/screen writer - didn't learn from the first movie apparently...
I'll give it a very generous 0/10
The curse of a sequel. Following PAGE EIGHT, expectations were higher than this film could reach. If I were to simplify my response, this felt more like a B-grade American TV episode than the subtle, carefully paced feature film that was its predecessor. Where the first had a quiet elegance, this had flash; where the first had stellar performances, this was horribly miscast. Where the first wooed tender relationships, this had but a one moment of pathos in a sea of undeveloped stereotypes. Where to the first I gave a 9 (superb), to this film I give a 5 (meh) out of 10. Here's hoping that the final piece of this trilogy, SALTING THE BATTLEFIELD, rebounds. [Spy Drama]
After ----> Salting the Battlefield (2014)

A decent movie, but no suspense. Mostly chitchat by old men.
