Here's another one that deserves a ½-star rating. This was better than just "Good" (7) but fell a teeny bit shy of what I would consider "Great" (8). This is a solid 7½. That main event between Chael Sonnen vs Anderson Silva...WOW! What an awesome fight. That was superb. And the "twilight" fight between Tito Ortiz (his final UFC fight) vs Forrest Griffin was another great fight. Never been a Tito Ortiz fan and I wasn't sorry to see him retire - I just never have liked the guy since he was so openly disrepectful of another fighter's camp - but he did a lot for the sport in its early days and I can appreciate what he did in MMA and for the UFC in particular. The rest of the card had a lot of good fights: No yawners here! Keep in mind, however, that ONLY applies to the main card. The prelims (as I've scored separately) were almost all snoozefests with NOTHING happening. This card, however, definitely was worth the time to watch in its entirety.
