"Maski-Show" is a humorous television series created by the Odessa comedy group "Maski." Most of the episodes adhere to the silent cinema style, but there are also conversational segments. The author and artistic director of the project is Georgiy Deliev. These are short films (26–52 minutes) in the silent cinema style. It was first aired in 1991 on the "RTR" channel called "Maski TV." The filming of the TV series began in 1990, and the final episodes were released in 2006. In the episodes shot in the early 1990s, there is a mockery of Soviet reality and, to some extent, Odesa motifs, with some humor being of a more explicit nature. However, in the latter half of the 1990s, there was a departure from this style, with laughter directed at new orders or the humor becoming more neutral and every day.
