I remember really liking the first few seasons of the original 24, on rewatching them now they came off as a bit silly, but for the time they were in they were great. Unfortunately, this show seems to keep the silliness of the original, rather than keeping with the times. If you'd like to relive those days, then give this a shot, but don't go in with high expectations.

Tony was in the trailer. I might only watch due to him back. He should have been the main guy though. Otherwise I know the new show is about diversity.
I would have been more excited if they got a veteran black actor. Not some no name who looks like he'd be in a high school movie.

A decent season without Kiefer Sutherland. Though I missed him the entire time. I rather see more with him. Especially with how things were left off.
I think they should have more Jack but without 24 hrs count down, CTU or the usual doubles crosses.

Good show, good story. Unfortunately, Corey Hawkins isn't the right man on the right place. He never reaches the level of Kiefer Sutherland. Very disappointing acting of him.

Amazing show so far. Loved the entire series.
I have to say when I first heard about 24 Legacy or rumors about it, I was excited. I was thinking Jack Bower is back! Then finally the trailer and I was like wth?! Noooooooooo!! Who is this guy? Where is Jack?! Then I found out it was Heath from TWD and I was like, mmmm ok...I also broke down and watched the trailer. I think, at least in this moment, I am up for this. I am curious has to how they do this. I just hope the actor can pull it off.

I'd like to give it a chance - currently watching the pilot episode - but this show feels as though it is a direct sequel to the original. Unfortunately, the original started losing steam after the first few seasons, as many shows do. The sad reality is that this show feels a few years late to the party. I feel like this show might benefit from a crossover with a few original members from the original.
