How convenient that there is a magically empty parking garage in the middle of LA at 10:40am on a weekday. I've never been in a limo personally. But a limo that has a locking system that is completely controlled by the driver, meaning the driver can choose to effectively trap passengers inside on a whim, seems like something that doesn't exist. Maybe I'm wrong.
