I really hate it when scriptwriters take easy shortcuts. They actually expect us to believe that the FBI would accept Emily back just like that? No psyche / physical / medical evaluation? After 6 years of absence? I don't buy that. It just makes the whole story look ridiculous.

I feel bad for Jack. He's the reason that guy survived who would've most likely died if it weren't for him. But his boss could care less. Jack should just quit his job even though he wants to be a surgeon again.
