7.8/10. Some classic Ice King capering! My absolute favorite sequence was Ice King pretending to be other people on the phone to the Banana Guard. His entire routine involving an old lady, her husband, his brother, and the pizza boy was some hilarious old school screwball comedy shtick. The "Ah geez you do have anything smaller?" line just slayed me, in the context of how into the playacting Ice King was getting.
But the overall story, Ice King trying various, mostly ill-conceived attempts to mess up Princess Bubblegum's party, was a great little story engine for a ten-minute episodes. His very literal interpretation of a sourpuss and party pooper were amusing, and his little scheme to make Gunther look like a princess to infiltrate the party--with Ice King saying "I might have to marry you" and Gunther taking out a taser--was amazing stuff.
Overall, nothing really deep in this one, just Ice King at his most amusing and ineffectual, which still makes for a very light, funny, and all-in-all enjoyable episode.
