I like all flavors of Adventure Time, from the serious, to the philosophical, to the world-building, but I do enjoy when they go back and have a silly episode that's just about Finn and Jake going on an adventure. King of Ooo has been a boon to the laugh-factor of the show in its seventh season, and his ridiculousness demands and persona kept me chuckling whenever he was on screen. Our heroes running into Canyon and fighting the enjoyably absurd floating mushroom creature (with its hilarious monotone mushroom facts) was a pleasant lark.
The mushroom pizza reveal, along with the King of Ooo's ludicrous use of it, was superb capper, and while I imagine it'll be divisive, I also loved the pure silliness of the Banana Guards breaking into "Mama Said" at the end of the episode. Good fun.
