Perhaps this is a rocky start. Many shows take a season (or three) to hit their stride.
When written properly, the characters in Airwolf shine. The action sequences, not so much—there are too many shortcuts taken to minimize the amount of stunt filming and effects needed for a given episode. Reusing clips across episodes really sticks out.
