This is an okay ending. It's funny, because Miranda was my favourite in the original series, but Carrie became my favourite in And Just Like That. Her storyline is more down to earth and well acted. Shame about everything/everyone else.

That was a satisfying finale.

I'm sorry but Samantha as a text message is just lame.
And WTF was that? Carrie texts 'Want to talk?' Samantha replies 'Sure' and Carrie locks the phone and walks out the room??? Want to talk is immediately followed by a call is it not??
(Edit. OK it was 'Soon')

Love seeing actors given a chance to show off their other talents, it was great hearing Sara sing again.

Pretty decent ending to an otherwise mediocre show. Carrie's new podcast format and her new lover seem to be the suitable fresh start she deserved.

FYI: Handling cremation ashes in France (they call them funerary ashes – cendres funéraires) is restrictive. You are not permitted to:

  • Scatter ashes on undesignated or public land e.g. parks, beaches, your own garden etc., or
  • Keep ashes at home

I’m not sure I follow the logic of how a 14hour flight is so much worse than… whatever it is from New York. 10?
Let’s also just quietly ignore that scattering ashes in the middle of Paris is illegal, like practically anywhere else in Europe  And to add to what I didn’t like about this otherwise very glamorous and somewhat touching scene – did they REALLY have to send this guy with that poor dog across the bridge for the shot? It was so stressed.

Love that they put Samantha back in but would have loved to actually see a reunion
