I really love this episode! It seemed like a backdoor pilot of a tv show that I would definitely watch
Between her intense training from childhood by no less than Nyssa (now that was a surprise) to that "this is going to be fun" fight (albeit clumsily led into), I couldn't help thinking for a moment of Mia as future Star City's own Hanna (if not quite as realistically so).
Not a fan of this flash forward theme that seems to be going on in the series currently. I much prefer linear stories in the present day. Although I suppose it does provide a new angle on the show and speeds things up a little.
Skipping this episode because I care nothing about any of these characters.
It’s called Arrow, yet Felicity and Oliver’s kids seem to get way more screen time. The flash forwards barely keep my attention.
So they made an entire episode about the future. Although Mia is bad ass and is way more interesting than future William.
But lame the writers even had to write the kids to only care about where Felicity is. They only mention Oliver in a negative way.
The whole episode is about how Felicity’s purpose is to be a hero. Again, why is the show even called Arrow ? She’s just a hacker who should be nothing more than a side character.
i still cant see katherina mcnamara in any other roll than Clary in shadowhunters lolll
Was this a backdoor pilot?
Katherine McNamara is the star of the show now, making it more or less fun. Too bad she isn't in every episode.
Felicity wasn't as annoying in this one either. She looked better without the glasses and the actress is more fit for portraying an older woman. As before, the lack of Oliver and boring overused villains was actually beneficial too.
So... I guess we can say Nyssa is kind of Mia's godmother... haha
First off I think I hate every character in this episode except Roy and Felicity. I definately dislike all the kids (I take that back. I hate Rene but his daughter is ok). That being said they still managed to make a decent episode.
The thing that would have moved this from a good episode to a great, would have been to kill Mad Dog.
brilliant! fucking. episode. well made and amazing performances all around!
10/10

A woman saying "I love you so much" during labour? What fantasyworld do these people live in?!!
