Kinda racist against white people, but whatever. Can you imagine an episode of It's Always Sunny with an all-white cast showing how weird black people can be? No, you can't.
It's mad how this episode has the same scores as other episodes and how blindly people just want to like the show for Glover or whatever external factors. With the exception of the scene with her friend it's a truly terrible episode that is boring and unfunny even for Atlanta standards/slow drawn out feel.

Weird. Vanessa was fcking annoying in this one. Luckily that masked man behind the ping-pong table saved the episode.

This episode was just as good thematically as the others. I admit that the comedy in this episode isn't going to hit everyone, but it is still relatable.
Van was really into this Oktoberfest event, but is faced with this idea that it's a "white people thing", which is why she gets resistance from Earn. Then with her friend she's getting dissed for engaging in "black lifestyle" (whatever that is) and her friend is high-key treating Van like she's less than her. So Van is stuck being judged just for being herself.
