This episode is epic, this is my third reboot for the entire series, and I am still enjoying it like the first time :)

This is one of the two key scenes that showcase what AoT is all about:
Sure, we have seen the brutality, the horror, the deaths. But we still somehow assumed our heroes are going to be triumphant. The classic hero story. This is the moment humanity will strike back. The heroic speeches, the heroic music. And within minutes it all turns to dust and Eren gets eaten. What an absolutely crazy episode.
The first few episodes were really good but this is where aot judt gets insane, rewatching before season 4, out in 2 weeks but I think I started too early coz this is making me need it rn
I see this episode as the series’ true hook. Right off the gate we’re faced with a massacre and the death of the current protagonist is already leaving the audience wondering what’s going on.
Ouch, Eren don’t have a leg to stand on.. what happened to all that talk boy!
This is the episode that got me invested in this show, from the amazing first battle to eren ''death'' at the end of the episode every moment is perfect. The pacing is great and the music and animation is unbelivable this show is really something else.
Killing the protagonist in the fifth episode. I like this anime.
