Also, I think the twist should have been that there was a car accident, but it wasn't his child or wife that died, instead he got badly injured. Enough to be sent into a coma. I true finale of this show (somewhere after 100 episodes) should have shown him at the mercy of his comatose-state and beginning to recover from it, "Awaking up" in a reality years later to see him in a hospital with life support and his wife and son there by his side. (damn I'm good)

Everything Rita said is true. Plus it's on Netflix, so it's easy to get ahold of. I love cop dramas that get personal, like Max Payne. This isn't exactly the same as Payne (Payne is noir and has a lot of Norse mythos attached to it) but it does a good job telling a story at the turn of every episode. I read somewhere that the ending that we get wasn't the end of the show, that the final scene is actually a third reality he fabricated in his mind and that he would have switched between all three realities. This show has an incredible concept and good actors to boot. Give this one a shot.

This was the most intriguing show I have seen in a while. I absolutely enjoyed every second. The whole concept of the story is great. At times it reminded me of "Life on Mars" which I also loved to watch. Great cast altogether. Personally I am satisfied with the ending it gives a form of closure but also leaves something open to imagination. I guess it would have been a different ending had it not been cancelled.
I don't understand why people can turn in to crap reality shows each and every week yet you didn't find enough viewers for really good story telling.
