Jang has just broken up with another girlfriend. His mother wants him to focus on school instead of dating, but his father tells him instead to wait for "the one" -- he'll know who that is when his heart beats so loudly he can hear it. When a pair of siblings and their father begin renting the apartment, Jang meets the sister, Ice, and feels his heart beat for her. But after playing some basketball with the brother, Earth, his heart beats as well. Could his heart beat for two people at the same time?
Jang, Earth, and Ice are all beginning 10th grade at the same school. When a boy aggressively tries to get Ice's number, Jang and Earth step in to defend her and a fight breaks out.
Ice wants to watch a romantic movie, but Earth doesn't want to go with her and volunteers Jang. Pang's wedding ring goes missing and she blames Earth. Jen notices Pangkom wearing makeup and tries to find out who she wants to look pretty for.
Earth and Ice are upset with Pang for accusing him of stealing the ring. Pang hears that Earth was expelled from his last school for hitting a teacher and decides to investigate more. When Jang finds out about this he gets mad at her, too. When another fight breaks out at school, Pang has to decide Earth's fate.
When the power goes out in the apartment, Earth and Ice have to sleep in the main house and Jang is put face-to-face with his beating heart.
Ruay and Lamduan visit, arguing about the fate of their son, Stephan. But Stephan has a surprise for everyone.
Earth tries to help Ice and Jang get together. Jen tries to find out who Pangkom likes.
When Stephan comes to visit and shows interest in Ice, it gets everyone's hopes up.
Someone at school pairs up Earth and Jang as an imaginary couple. Pangkom feels terrible about failing her exam.

Jen takes Man, Jang, and Earth for a guy's night out in an attempt to teach Jang some "manly" skills. Pangkom takes drastic steps to become a cheerleader.

Valentine's Day inspires Jang and Pangkom to confess to their crushes. Moo returns to Thailand with his future wife.

Stephan has made some very effective advertisements for Ruay's pickled fish business, but his uncle Marn is not pleased. Jang pretends to be sick and stays home from the market in hopes that Ice will take care of him.
Earth's friend Sun overstays his welcome then throws a party when the adults leave for a funeral. Earth tries to get Jang drunk so he'll tell them who he likes besides Ice.
A boy in Pangkom's grade develops a crush on her.
Earth keeps getting in the way of Jang when he tries to flirt with Ice. When Top arrives and Earth lets him in, Jang tries to use his mother's unpredictable mood swings in his favor. Pangkom is worried that she hasn't gotten her period yet.
Jen poses as an anonymous account online to try and give Jang someone to talk to about his situation. But Jang is so distracted by the messages he gets into trouble. Nano's new girlfriend, Beauty, threatens Pangkom.
Jang begins talking with "Darth Vader" and decides to try watching gay porn to test whether he's actually attracted to guys.
