It's hard to stay on top of all those new shows coming out, but this is really, really promising and very refreshing!
I'm hooked !! that was really good!
I am convinced that Barry wanting to take up acting after walking into that class and hanging out with the other students feels kind of sudden (despite him already being bored/wondering if there's more to his life than being a hitman). His confrontation with Gene after the class was also so strange to me because I don't get what Gene was trying to pull and why he thought Barry was doing an improv (I guess the stuff he said did sound crazy).
I liked the first episode though. There were funny moments, and I really liked that scene at the end!
Bill Hader does kinda look like a block. This show is showing some promise and a good dilemma for Barry.
On my first rewatch. Only third to show ever rewatch. The show is just too funny and the cinematography is really beautiful! Just finished season 3 like two weeks ago and I finally got my brother to watch it with me!!! He gave it a 7/10, but me personally I give it more of a 8.7/10. The dialogue is really on point when you puzzle everything after you finish season 3.
82 I Show don't tell. Barry did that very well. The visual tells the story itself. With the opening scene of the series, we already know who is Barry, and what he capable of. But it is kind of creative how they treat the story into a comedy. Usually, the premise like Barry would be treated as drama or action series. What Barry do is fresh and unique for a show. This series would be as good as Atlanta.

Wow this loks great lol like dexter enough said :)
I had heard about this series (it kicked up a lot of award attention) so I'm finally giving it a watch. The Entertainment Industry has a bad habit of self-congratulating itself for productions that mirror themselves back to themselves (I mean BIRD MAN? Are you kidding me? What an exercise in self-consuming, self-justifying, self-indulgent hubris!), so I was a little cynical that the piece could live up to its hype. But, this has a unique premise which is always a good beginning for me. It has its own internal logic. Its comedy springs from dramatic comedy which is dependent on its own reflections on reality and those who I dwell it rather than on jokes, one-liners, gags or hyperbole - another plus for me. I think I'm going to like this. I give this first episode an optomistic 8 (great) out of 10. [Dramatic Comedic Criminal Behaviour]
