Bit disappointing that the poor, queer addict turned out to be the villain all along ... especially with the line "you shouldn't have shown me all of this, Adele" kind of implying some icky things about poor people, even if not intentional

They got lazy and fucked up a cool premise. Rob becomes Adele and is immediately fully functional and ok, but Adele as Rob is paralyzed and helpless? Why did Louise go into Adele's body? She didn't know it was possible, and she didn't know Rob was in hers yet. No way David wouldn't have noticed a major change in Louise and still married her, and if it is because they did right away, no way the police wouldn't be all over Louise being there when Adele died and then marrying her husband soon after. And on and on. Again, cool premise, but the rush ending left far too many plot holes, which allowed me to figure out Adele was Rob early in the episode.

A very interesting plot twist within a plot twist. Still, however, the show overall was disappointing. The ending alone is not enough, in my opinion, at least.

SUPER SPOILERY BELOW:

This could have been good, but no, they made it a whole queer villainization.

Problematic from Adele/Rob checking Louise out suggested queerbait (turned body swap intention), to that "this is the last time Adele" anal sex scene, to Rob's "I love everything about her (I want to BE her trans*fixation)"... but ya know, whatever, "Je t'aime!"

That was the twist!? The mind blowing part? The you ll never guess...

Guess what, it was so obvious that i m ashamed.

What a ridiculous show!

And I binged it in 24 hours.

A month from now I'll completely forget about it. Will probably win a golden globe for acting. The actor would deserve it for making such a ridiculous premise believable.

So very Netflix. Will greenlight a show no matter how ridiculous the story as long as it gets them a binge viewing.

This is why Netflix is so huge. They make shows made for binge viewing which will be forgotten in a year.

Fucking Skeleton Key. I know you fucking lying. A mother is supposed to be stronger than that. Is that even Adele?
