Poor Chef Ryan, having to go all over the place to cater to Axe's whims, and Axe just up and leaves him. It would be awkward as hell to have to go into that house and cook them dinner, after telling them that Axe wasn't going to show. I imagine he's paid quite a lot, but still, having to deal with that bullshit would be annoying.
There's no way that someone as busy as Mike Prince would take the time to go meet Chuck in person to tell him no. As he said, he didn't even know Chuck - so there's no reason to extend that courtesy. He already knew he was going to say no. It's even less believable that Prince would then go visit Chuck later to tell him no again, saying he doesn't want to backslide into the type of man he used to be. I know that was purely for foreshadowing and moving the plot forward, but it's a bit silly.
Weren't Chuck's kids at the wedding? They specifically showed the son drinking alcohol. So why is it such a big deal that they meet the baby? All of it is kind of fucked up, but you already breached that seal by having the kids at the wedding.
I've noticed it for the past few episodes, but there sure is a lot of Fiji water product placement all over this show.

 Entertaining to watch but nothing special.
