The individual episodes are not without entertainment value. They can actually be good. But this is pretty much a crime-of-the-week show that makes you keep coming back because of the promised mystery surrounding Jane and a hinted massive conspiracy. My experience with those kind of shows is not a good one. They have a tendency to dangle things in front of you just to revert the last minute. To circle around for episode after episode. And they keep twisting and turning the plot until there isn't a shred of believability left.
But I stick with it as I happen to like the leads.
I honestly don't remember much from this episode despite just watching it a few hours ago. That's how bad it was. And Jane is back to being annoying. No surprise there.
each detainee is scarier than the previous one because they planned
The amount of propaganda in this episode is over 9000. Evil communists posing as NSA agents (because the NSA are the good guys and they don't lie or do bad things), hackers, bitcoin, the dark web... even open source software. It's just ridiculous. And the worst part is that i really like this show.
Were we supposed to know that guy with the tattoo??
Shocking twist. The hacker has the tree tattoo.

A Perl vs Python rant? Really? It's like the show writer went on USENET to pilfer for quotes for the technobabble.
