Enjoyed this episode a lot. I am a sucker for the comedy of one fairly straight-laced character being exasperated by an impossible-to-deal-with character, and Bob and Gayle's pairing fit that to a tee. Bob's "oh my god" lines had me cracking up, and the parade of misfortunes they experienced was classic sitcom fun. The storyline even had a bit of the cynical sweetness that's made Bob's Burgers famous.
I liked Linda and the kids' B-story as well. Really, it's hard to think of a Linda + kids B-story I haven't liked, but watching them freak out and improvise to make Thanksgiving dinner was a solid comedic premise that didn't hit it out of the park or anything, but still provided some good laughs and one-liners from the kids.

I love every episode with Gayle because Megan Mullally voices her. and she cracks me up every time.
