This show was more like a "personality development training" type than a "romantic comedy" type anime. The plot was decent but every scenario is a little too straightforward with no eventful elements.
Overall this was decent enough that I didn't got too bored watching it.

Welcome to my rant of the title:

I know some people might want to gamify their tasks. That's absolutely okay, however, I will extremely disagree if someone gives you tasks as a "missions" and awaiting for the positive result in the end. Unless they're educator, I really think that the one who gives the tasks as a master of bad stuff.

Next, first half of S1 isn't that bad, the rest feels extremely difficult to enjoy. Not only they talk much, slow progression, and too much drama (especially in S2), yeah.... its not for me. I tried S2 as redemption arc for the title, but it didn't help much.

The character themselves are also bit too plain for the plot progression. Sure, Tomozaki does have some complexes (iirc) and wanted to socialize with anyone, but that's the only thing that uniquely progressing alongside the story. The rest? Still walking in the same place, although they did move a centi away from start point.

Final words:
Bro, I don't need extremely weird real life-like drama in a fiction. I just need better plot that even side chara have good developments, even if it's weird and not real. :skull:
