It’s hard to watch this series now and not see all the trauma towards women, even with Buffy kicking ass all the time. This one is particularly egregious, with the frat bros hitting a little too close to reality.
Okay episode, but one of the nicer looking ones. I got a good laugh reading the ending credits seeing the actor who played Machida (If you've played enough video games or watched all of The Clone Wars, then you might recognize him); however, he doesn't really get to do much here.
Big parallels here about date rape and the dynamic of some men going after younger women for that power difference. Bringing it nicely round at the end to demonstrate that despite Angel being the extreme example of an age gap, he's not the one in the power seat (as it were).
