Actually enjoyed the first episode so will continue to watch!
This is a decent start to the show. Everything seems pretty compacted with lore, and the concept of it is interesting. But it'll take some mental coordination for me to memorize the surprisingly unique names of characters as well as the story when mentioned.
the political discourse is very loud in this episode!
Great another show about refugees & current politics. It’s not enough this crap is on every news channel. Now it’s in shows. No escape from reality.
Can't see what's going on as the scenes are as dark as the major battle scene in the season of GoT that never happened.
this episode is one that I would dare to call a masterpiece. the writers of this episode has done with very few has been able to. the screenplay, the story line and even the background music all came together to take me on an adventure. this pilot episode that's opened a doorway into this intriguing new world of Mystery, depravity, debauchery , Adventure, love and danger. truly I know that this what's a production comprise by masters of their craft. I cannot wait to watch the next episode and see how the story unfolds

A somewhat messy mix between a period drama and urban fantasy. The two parts feel disconnected to me, but it was a good enough pilot that I want to watch the second episode to see how the story continues.
Casting Orlando and Cara as the main couple is an odd choice, but we'll see how it goes.
The special effects were weird and not very good, so I hope we'll get as little of them as possible. The wings animation was ok, but the flying was so stiff and awkward.
