I liked it but also didn't. It has nice photography and a good premise but it is too focused on the chef and his wife rather than the actual cooking. You can watch it if you want so learn about the people in the kitchen more than the food they are making.
I've watched this episode like 5 times. Always trying to re-start watching cooking shows. Not a great episode to captivate audience. Centered in history and not actual cooking recipes, tips and methods.
