That girl doesn't deserve a pass. She almost murdered that baby.
I get that she was upset and acting irrationally, but that woman getting all angry at Will made no sense. She was the one who thought her husband's initial reason to go to the hospital in the first place was fake.
The audio fade out on the phone conversation between Will and Zoe was very awkward and not well done.

I usually try to weigh my evaluations based on what I'm watching: if it's CSI, I'm not gonna expect mind blowing acting, character studies or that stuff - but boy, here it's pretty bad even for a generic medical drama: Torrey DeVitto above all, there's some Hallmark level right here.
Even to guilty pleasures there's a bare minimum under which you may as well watch a soap opera... Mr. Platt, yer my only hope
