After confronting the secret troops of WARP (the secret service of the World Federation) who wanted to liberate Chichen-Itza first and possibly stage a coup headed by Herb Forsythe III, Chris Colorado, Jack Mitchell and Chippowok break into the Protected City through an underground river.
