Man, I am so hyped for this show! Watched the 2 episodes back to back and it completely held my attention. I'm so curious about what will happen and how the characters will develop. Really a cool new show!
Ignore the naysayers who can't see past the budget - this show is fresh, compelling and deep . It's cutting edge politically and a great exploration of Aboriginal Australian culture. All round great sci-fi drama.
Absolutely brilliant Australian TV series. 3 seasons is not enough.

Low-budget, B-Movie, derivative Australian sci-fi. The alien characters look like a dollar-store-costume version of Planet of the Apes creatures. The wigs look synthetic, the beards and body hair look glued on. Too bad they couldn’t afford something other than “hairy” as their alien motif. It’s almost as if the aliens were supposed to have some other form, but that would’ve been too expensive so someone said “let’s just make them hairy, and then let’s call them ‘hairies’”. Dumb.
