A 48 hour film fest is an exercise in efficiency, endurance, and off-the-cuff creativity. Teams are given precisely 48 hours to produce a short film from concept to completion.
At the kickoff meeting, teams will be given three things that they need to build their story around -- a line, a shot, and a prop. These things will need to be incorporated in the story in a significant way.
