(Rest of the show spoilers, don't read this unless it's a rewatch) This episode is the most depressing once you get through it a second time. The music kicking in at the end really reminded me that it was all downhill from here. Getting rid of Dan Harmon (for that one season) threw Community off it's a-game of which it then struggled immensely to try and return to but never quite could.

God, the #SixSeasonsAndAMovie hashtag at the end still gets to me after 11 years, because at this point in 2012, with Harmon's departure, just six seasons seemed like a massive long-shot. We were all certain the show was done for. Then the gas leak year hit, then NBC brought Harmon back only to cancel it after. Then Yahoo! of all places revived it and gave us our sixth season, and the movie is actually happening. Never would've believed it. Still almost don't.

  • Ohhh, evil Abed from the darkest timeline

Abed: "Tell me about your parents, Britta."
Britta: "Um... no?"

Abed: "Cruel, cruel, cruel, cruel."

  • Damn, what is Troy up to? He looks scary

  • Damn, I don't know if Jeff will save Shirley or not
  • YO, TROY. HE BARELY DID ANYTHING

  • What a speech, Winger!

Priest(?): "Gentlemen, take this man to the infinite labyrinth of eternal ice."
All: "Yes!"
Troy: "No! No, take him to the police. He murdered someone. Take him to jail. You guys are weird."

Pierce: "Shirley, if you're willing, I think we should let Jeff sign the sandwich shop form."
Shirley: "Yeah, you could represent both of us. You know, like our attorney."
Annie: "My God, Pierce! You had your first good idea."
Pierce: "Thank you."

  • Annie so mean

Welp, it's time to see what all the fuss is about with Season 4.
