One of the best episodes of the series, MGG really shows off his incredible acting skills in this one, as do everyone else. The scene with everyone watching Tobias play Russian Roulette with Reid is just such an incredible study of micro expressions and movements, and I love it. I also really appreciate the symbolism of Ried choosing Hotch - it mirrors the sniper case where Hotch had to pretend to hate Reid. Not only that, but it's also a mirror of intents - because, in both instances, they trust the other to do what they're good at when they couldn't (shooting vs. extrapolating based on info)—Chef's kiss.
That being said, I still hate that Reid had to go through this.
Beautifully concluded. I should take a break from this show... it puts a heavy load on my heart.
