I must begin saying that A Quiet Life by Teho Teardo and Blixa Bargald playing at the end was so perfect just like the rest of the soundtrack; some things that were in my mind like the Stranger being Jonas from the future were confirmed, others wrapped up and more questions arised, I can't wait for S2, Charlotte now knows that Ulrich was/is in the past I wonder what she is gonna do with this piece of information, will she starts to rationalizing, as what we humans do with everything? Personally I doubt that, but guess that don't even matter that much since from the glimpse we got from the future it is shit, also a "small" thing that happily surprised me was Agnes Nielsen and Doris Tiedemann, Netflix didn't have to put a love story between two women in the 50s but it did! I really hope to see more of them in S2 as it's implyed that Doris left Egon for Agnes, and I want to see more of the 53's Egon I have a feeling that even though Egon doesn't like Ulrich he is the one whom somehow if Ulrich comes back to 2019 is gonna help him scape the prision he is in; also Ulrich's father had and affair with Regina's mother, and theirs' Grandmothers too lol everything comes full circle; and Helge in 2019? The timeline keeps being messed up, but since Helge was a grown man in 1986 we know he is gonna come back to his "right" time and this was just one more part of the the timeline that can't be changed so they will arrive at the apocalyptical world we saw Jonas in, ah my head hurts but I love this series.
Great Episode! Exactly how a Season Finale should go.
HOLY FUCK FUCK FUCK I AM DYING THIS EPISODE, THIS SEASON, THIS SHOW!!!!!!
A very poor season finale by Netflix yet again. A few questions get answered, and a few doubts cleared up, but it's not really a finale; too much stuff was left unanswered, and all they did was pave the road for further mystery (and I wouldn't be surprised if S2 did the same thing).
Kinda sad TBH, the series was moving forward really well, but S1 finishes in just a non-ending.
Nope, this finale episode was so random, they mixed everything (bootstrap paradox, grandpa paradox and Novikov self-consistency principle)
6/10
There is a tiny loophole, which might not be because it wasn't tackled. The question is: If you go to 1953, will you be able to go back to the future? It shouldn't be possible because the hole had not been created yet then. So Ulrich should be locked there until the plant's incident.
I like that one can visit himself through time without screwing space time continuum
LOL. People getting excited by one of the most stupid show of the last decade.
I guess they never turned on TV before 2019 2017 in their lives.
Excellent episode. The entire series began to wrap up perfectly and then this episode hit leading to so many more questions and possibilities. Netflix never disappoints. I want more. Lots more. I really hope this turns into a second season.
Uh... This was a bit confusing, but shit, still awesome
When I saw that flying machine in the last scene, I was waiting for Sarah Connor, John Connor and The Terminator to appear literally.
There's no escaping sounding like a snob when saying this, but I'll say it anyway. Honestly every "twist" in the season was obvious from a mile away. Time travel is a tricky subject matter but it's hardly "brilliant" writing. The first half of the season nearly put me to sleep, and the latter was entertaining enough, but it's not really that great or original.
So... What happened to Erik?
What the hell is wrong with Hannah?!?! Ulrich was right, her brain is bad... but, really, everyone's brain is bad in this show. That's one twisted little town... hey kids, don't mess with radiation, it doesn't wash out.

"This episode didn't give all the answers therefore is bad"
Wow! Imagine beeing this needy. Why does everything have to be explained and wrapped up in a nice little bow? Read more fantastic literature (no, not fantasy) and you'll see the beautiful experience that comes with not having all the answers and thinking for yourself.
