Pt. 1- In his search for the End of the Century, Kenshiro comes upon "End of the Century Academy," where Lin mistakes him for a transfer student and takes him to the Second-Year Rice Class. Then, out of nowhere, Zeed and the Trumps attack! Pt. 2- Seeking to become Student Council President and get the school under his thumb, Shin challenges Kenshiro to a fight. Kenshiro defeats the Trumps on the way to the Black Class, but waiting for him when he arrives is... a giant pig?!
Pt. 3- Peace is restored to End of the Century Academy, when Toki and Raoh appear, hoping to join the school. Ryuken will only allow one of them to join, and gives them a mission to determine who that will be. Pt. 4- Ryuken gives the brothers a new mission: to fix the school's clock tower, which is running slow. But upon arriving at the soaring structure with its solid gold flag at the top, they find...
The brothers' next mission is to travel to the nurse's office and retrieve band-aids, but they're forced to rush around the school when they find out the office has moved. Nurse Yuria sends the brothers a postcard inviting them to join her in Hokkaido, so they off on Toki's bicycles to join her on her vacation. With a hundred hostages cheering him on, Shuu challenges Thouzer to a fight.
The three brothers are offered a free pass to the nurse's office in exchange for vanquishing a ghost in the bathroom. Toki explains how he got into the black market business. Thouzer challenges Kenshiro to a fight. But this one little kid in a turban breaks his heart with his constant interference...
Part 1 - The class takes a field trip to the great pyramid of Hokuto, where the guide, Thouzer, is eager to get Ryuken to rack up as much debt as possible. Part 2 - Raoh engages earnestly with their next mission, the writing End of the Century Academy's school song. But he's soon stymied by the list of unacceptable words... Strawberry Flavor - Thouzer captures the child in the turban so that he can concentrate on the fight with Kenshiro. But when the child disappears from his restraints, Thouzer feels the weight of imminent danger pressing down upon him!
Pt. 1: When Raoh goes to Fudo's house to give him a print-out he missed, he ends up stuck to Fudo's body! Unable to escape, he is forced to experience Fudo's bizarre lifestyle first-hand... Pt. 2: Rihaku holds a quiz show to ask the characters about various school anime-appropriate subjects, but the questions all turn out to be bizarre. There's a twist ending, too! Strawberry: No matter how many times Kenshiro beats him, Thouzer refuses to let his soul be broken. He pours out his heart about the tragic memories from his youth.
Part 1: Toh presents a counting song about her blissful married life with Raoh. Part 2: Shin returns to End of the Century Academy, takes back his student ID, and tries to kidnap Yuria! Ryuken has been murdered! If they want to get their student ID, the three brothers must find the true culprit. When Ryuken and Yuria take a tumble down the stairs together, they accidentally switch bodies. The strange situation is complicated even further when Shin arrives... Thouzer and his gang make their passionate singing debut as Nanto DE5MEN's first single is unveiled.

There are rumors that someone might try to lick her, so the three brothers must act as her bodyguards.The Seed Class is performing the story of Momotaro for the school arts festival. But no one can decide who should play the leading part... Shin, unable to confess his feelings to Kenshiro, tries various things to get his attention.
End of the Century Academy is offering a voice actor course, but only one student, Airi, joins. The three brothers also study the art of voice acting, and compete with her at an audition. A student teacher named comes to the Seed Class. She immediately grabs the hearts of the students, and takes them on an adventure. The surprising past for Fudo the Demon is told, and we catch a glimpse into Emperor Thouzer's strange everyday life.
Ryuken ends up hanging from the top of End of the Century Tower, with Yuria's office on the other end. Moving towards either one will accept the balance. What will Kenshiro and Raoh do? Toki gets lost in a strange city while going to the convenience store for Ryuken. Starving, he steals a loaf of bread, and is forced to hide from pursuit in a local house, where a little girl mistakes him for Santa Claus. The members of Nanto barge uninvited into Juda's house.
Han, Hyoh, and Kaioh have come from their own schools to attack End of the Century Academy. And they're after... . Ryuken?! The three brothers get over their hesitance and join Shin, Mr. Seed Rice, the Seed Class, Devil Ribako, Rin, and Bat in defending the school. How will the final conflict turn out?! The final battle rages between Kenshiro and Thouzer.
