enjoyed the first one different
IMO I really liked this show and think it is a shame that it wasn’t given a chance to expand on the story.
The premise was good with a positive aspect of law enforcement, especially in the times we live.
Shame it was cancelled
“Deputy” has been canceled after just one season at Fox. Too bad, hubby & I really liked the show, something we could watch together. Let's hope Netflix picks it up.
Love the rebel cowboy cop side of the show. Some of the political issues it goes for seems far too contrived and convenient. Despite this, it delivers on the action and grit.
It's definitely a mixed bag but it's also one of the better cop shows in the last few years.
I really like this show so far. Except it tries to hard to "Woke", that get a little boring after awhile.
looks promising can't wait for it too come out :relaxed:
great show still not as good as yellowstone, but good,i hope there will be another season
The whole show feels like long woke advertising.
The sheriff and his friends, ‘tough’ soyboys, are poster boys for woke crap.
It’s so exorbitant, way overdone. It’s like watching a cringing Democrats Ad.
The premise, what the entire show revolved around and existed for, got old real fast. It almost started to feel insignificant to the point where you'd almost forget what the purpose around the show is. This will certainly be a show that I'll forget about quite easily. And while it was already rememberable because of recent memory, I still had moments of forgetting about it, that I'm watching it until the day that it airs on came along. In theory, the premise should make for a very entertaining show. This just wasn't it. It had its moments, though that isn't saying much. Hardly anything about it was compelling and interesting. The cheap production value was somewhat apparent, and I'm not sure whether that's due to the show being on FOX, or what. It may be something else, I don't know. It was off-putting, as were certain filming aspects/techniques or whatever that was used, possibly as a cover-up for the cheapness of it all. All of the subplots having to do with certain characters weren't that interesting. The cop-life parts were lackluster. The editing and pacing of the first few episodes were absolutely abysmal but got better fairly quickly, so there's that. Overall, there were more downside factors as opposed to upside factors. As a result, the show was nowhere near as good and entertaining as it could've been, as the potential indicated. It served as something to watch, something to occupy yourself with, and in a sense, that is a good thing. It just didn't serve as a sufficient amount of entertainment.
definitely the....wokest show on TV. Seems like they try to stuff too much wokeness into it. Really takes away from the show as a whole. Otherwise I like it.
A fresh air in the series world, pure action
