That was a very satisfying episode. I'm surprised to have spent an entire day binging 12 episodes straight, but I did it!
By the way, the CIA Director was a dumbass to believe that he would actually get his son back.
Great episode. I did not expect the thing that happens at the end.
Now that's what I call a GOOD episode! Very unexpected! The series goes from strength to strength. Really enjoying this now.
Wait. With McCleash gone, what's the show about?! Dang, didn't expect that to happen.
Also, horrible that Jason went to prison for nothing :(
That Godfather-like ending was beautiful.
So, quite a reversal of expectations there. There's a big conspirancy and only the nameless girl as a lead. I'm guessing Jason will have a part to play here and hopefully he can exact some form of revenge on those people.
Damn, that was quite a good episode.
The level of suspension of disbelief required to watch this is getting higher and higher with each episode. At the pilot I actually hoped for something that might fill the hole left by The West Wing, but this is basically just 24 without Kiefer Sutherland running so much. :(
It seems to me that the showrunners decided to move into a different direction and McLeish just didn't fit in. I'm mildly curious what the next episodes have in store for us, as they now have full creative freedom again.
At that point, you just call it a day and let everyone fend for themselves.
To my surprise now they go faster, to see now what happens
With each showing this becomes more and more generic. Made for the masses. Too stereotypical. Playing to every political conspiracy cliche. No edge. Designated Survivor showed promise early on but lost considerable steam due to a script that was written for viewers with a short attention span and actors (with the exception of Sutherland) who can't act. Not watching this anymore.

with so many Fbi agents around how could the wife of McLeish get so close? Found this off.
