They should finally invest in some proper know-how about how things in IT actually work.. It's becoming more and more stupid every episode.

This is getting so boring. Far cry from the first 10 episodes of the first season. Only way for me finish this is if i have it as background noise while I do something else. Shame.
So The White House has a power generator which lasts for eight hours, okay, but could not it be refueled?
Americans go frenzy with just a couple hours without electricity, almost needing martial law?
Not to mention how the power grid is managed, as others comment this.
The writers make U.S.A. worse than many third world countries.
This show is becoming very boring.
And the light is gone, the solution seems a little out of the blue and not very crieble

That nonsensical technobabble about how Chuck finally figured out how to end the blackout was complete gobbledegook. Please, writers, learn a little about your subject before you go waving your magic story wands like that.
