Well, as Dexter said, there are many bombs that are waiting to explode -- and one that has already exploded. The out of control of Dex can be interpreted as the side effect of not killing for so long, though I do think they could have built up more to it. The dragging and pointing a knife at Trinity while saying "I should have killed you" seem a little bit forced.
Near the end we learned with Deb that there's something wrong with Christine, so the revelation of the relationship between Trinity and her lost some of the shock.
I really don't like their way of writing Deb. Right now all she seems is the broken girl who "got shot while watching the man she loved died in front of her eyes". It feels thin.
And what happened to the first innocent man Dex killed? Are they just gonna abandon that? They could have so much more on this line. What a shame.

When Trinity looked at Christine's photo in the paper, I was like "YAASSS KILL HER PLEASE". She's honestly so annoying.

That ending made me literally stand up. OMG.
What that last scene epic i thought hmmmm did she shot both bc she is little and a cunt. But now :0 she is the daughter sure she shot them now :D
