Some cunningly camouflaged, some announcing their venom with colors. Beautiful, deadly and tragically misunderstood, the snakes endure among us inhabiting almost every part of the planet. They are great survivors perfectly designed for the hunt. Almost 3000 species of snakes crawl the earth, predators of a world usually hidden from our eyes. But in our myths, they loom as large as they are for their real prey.
