this show -unusually for turkish tv, if you ask me- is actually quite good IF you're willing to ignore meryem talking and talking and talking which can otherwise cause you to tune out.. as much as i'm in utter shock to be saying this, the show has some great visuals! the story might seem a little patchy at first!

I've read couple of comments on ekşi sözlük and one of them said "it's like pointing a mirror to Turkey". It got me curious enough to watch this series and yes it's like pointing a mirror to Turkey. Unspoken sociocultural problems were spoken loudly and I think everyone with the same social background is going to have flashbacks while watching Ethos.
*I believe this series would make a lot sense to those people who lived in Turkey or any other country with the same/similar culture.
