This is much closer than I thought. Such an interesting paradox. Water is very cheap, and it should be as it is vital. But because of that it's totally wasted without any care for the consequences. Even in a city that knows that its water resources are very limited, it's not worth the money of fixing the pipes that leak half of it.

Meanwhile, private interests are getting their hands on it. And when the real problems start, they will own it and there will be nothing we can do about it.
