Finally Travis woke up and realized that things aren't just black and white. Great development of the character in this episode.
Daniel Salazar is still the best character. And I'm curious about Strand
Better than a lot of episodes in the Walking Dead even. There's plenty of action in this one and plenty of zombies.
The flashing lights for a large chunk in the middle of the episode were physically painful, whos idea was that? It was an ok effectto show the zombies getting closer, but beyond that it was just annoying.
Other than that it's a pretty bad finale really. The dad letting the army guy go was ridiculous yet stupidly predictable, even more ridiculous is they let him live AGAIN even after he shot one of them. I doubt he'll be back because he was hurt pretty bad but come on, finish the job you started!
Based on the ending I'm assuming they will all travel on that boat the rich guy has. I don't see how that would be entertaining though, unless there will be pirate zombies in other boats going after them. It feels like it's going towards the "people vs people" rather than "people vs zombies" REALLY early on in this compared to the Walking Dead, which atleast had the decency to give it a few seasons where the zombies were a threat.
Overall the vast majority of the cast aren't likeable yet, the plot is already breaking into "people vs people" with the zombies being merely background noise and any progression at all stems from the fact that the dad is an idiot. I'll give Season 2 a go just in the hope that I'm wrong about the boring boat idea, but I can see myself dropping it before that season is over.
I loved Strand!!! My favourite character!
This Episode IS EPIC!!!!! TOTAL NINJA RATE
everyone whined for 5 episodes, now we get some action and suddenly it's better than TWD :-)
Wow, what a surprise! The finale is the only decent part of this show there has been. How come all of a sudden they get smart(er)? Seems a shame it's a finale as it would have made a good mid-season, just as it got going.
Travis is just another Rick
Travis has such a great character development.
Now that's more like it
Lot of action and emotions in this episode, the second season probably will be much better than this one, that inteoduced the things slowly...
this is what I wauting for
and THIS is the zombie horror i watch these shows for
finally some head bashin', brain smashin' fun
it was great to see everyone stop treating the zombies like they can't touch them. well, they can't, but they CAN. this episode definitely marks a turning point in the series where the characters had to either step up to the plate or be eaten.
also a positive, this dreadful military camp arc has finally come to an end. hopefully the future of this series will be better developed and more well thought out.
Was epic great finale took a break bevore but was worth it to come back
Not cool
i watched season 1 but didnt get any fun or feeling from it it was just bad :/
i rate twd 100% and this 65%
OMG!! An talking zombie haha
كنت حاسه بيصير شي :"

Nice wrap up. Didn't care much for the whole "oh, finally lots of zombies" that some people have been missing so much. For me, the 6 episodes were really tight, the best one being epi 5 and this one keeping up with the pace built on the former. Strand has everything to be a fan favorite.
Reaching the end, I'll say this one last thing: I won't ever understand why so much bashing towards this great show. It's drama with zombies, for brains sake! No Rick, no Daryl, but The Walking Dead just the same.
